At Amari, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our footwear. Every pair is carefully made and inspected to ensure it meets our high standards. However, if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the shoe box, dust bag, and any accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) must be provided.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Products showing obvious signs of wear, damage, or alteration.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.


4. Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability.
If the replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To ensure safe delivery, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at contact@theamaribrand.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll replace the item at no additional cost or offer a full refund.


7. How to Initiate a Return

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

Amari reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
